Spring

You know it's spring when...
The rains start.
Your fish give birth.
Your turtle lays a large clutch.
You can't seem to sit still.
It's still day light at 7:30p.m.!

Buying houses

So, how complicated is it to buy a house?

I know there is more than the monthly mortgage, insurance,taxes and utilities, but what all is there to consider.

If I could find a forclosed house for say 30 or 40 thousand my monthly payment could be around 300 or 400. That's about what I would pay to rent, if not less.

Can someone shed some light as to what the potential downfalls of this kind of situation would be? I know I tend to be optimistic with this kind of thing, but I do know I need to see the whole picture.

Well, I've been thinking about this stuff because as you might know I am looking to strike out on my own again come the end of summer and I've been looking at rental rates. Wow, it's expensive to rent here! Anyway I should be sleeping. Good night.

A New Experience

So, I am finally giving in... I am attending an opera tonight.

Three other girls and I are getting all dressed up for dinner and a show. We don't know for sure where we are going to eat, maybe an Italian restaruant to create ambionce. But then we will go view a spectacle none of us have ever seen!
